Afghan caretaker government's Ministry of Mines and Petroleum has signed a contract worth about 145 million U.S. dollars for the construction of a cement plant in eastern Logar province
Between January and September, Timlyui-Cement LLC (a subsidiary of Sibcem HC JSC) produced 360 thousand tons of cement, 11 % more than in the first three quarters of 2023. 365 thousand tons were shipped to consumers, which is 11.5 % more than in the first nine months of 2023
