Vertical mill for grinding of cement and slag

The article analyzes the operation of roller mills at cement industry enterprises in North and South America. It reviews the design of various mills, quality of the product obtained, as well as the operation results of roller mills at plants in Guatemala and Argentina.
It is shown that roller mills ensure a high product quality, consume less energy than ball mills, are reliable in operation and maintenance.
