Kazakhstan’s cement market: excellent shape, favourable prospects

The Republic of Kazakhstan is a dynamically developing economy. In 2004 its GDP went up 9.4%. This favourable economic situation promotes an increase in construction volumes, and consequently, growth in cement consumption.
In spite of the sufficiently high growth rates of production volumes, they are unable to fully meet the domestic market demand. There is a clear trend of an ever growing cement shortage.
