OAO “Podolsky Cement”

The plant was commissioned in 1970-1975. Its annual design capacity was 3700 thou. t cement.
In early 1999 a controlling interest in the enterprise was acquired by CRH company.
At present. four technological lines have been re-commissioned and are now in operation. Their annual design capacity is 2400 thou. t cement. In 2004 "Podolsky Cement" produced 1695 thou. t cement, or 325 thou.t more than in 2003, and took the first place among the enterprises of the Ukrainian cement industry. The plan for 2005 provides for an output of 1800 thou. t, which indicates a utilization rate of the restored design capacities of 75%...
