Methods of fuzzy logic in sludge dosing control

The paper describes the use of fuzzy logic for dealing with the problems of sludge feeding and dosing control in the cement kilns. The proposed methodology will help stabilize the supply of sludge to the cement kiln, improve the quality control process of clinker burning, increase the efficiency and reduce energy costs. The proposed methods do not require a significant capital investment and can be implemented using the existing manufacturing equipment.
