Reconstruction of the power supply system at ОАО Mordov-Cement

The paper describes the reconstruction of the power supply system at OAO Mordov-Cement, which included the construction of a combined cycle power plant (CCPP) with a total capacity of 102.8 MW and other facilities. After the successful completion of the reconstruction, in-house electricity generation accounts for a major part of the total electricity consumption by the Mordov-Cement group of companies.
