Mandatory certification of cements in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

The article describes changes in the rules for cement certification introduced in Russia in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the changes is to preserve the cement supply chains from the manufacturer to the end user, maintaining the quality and safety control of the circulated products.
