Expansion of distribution markets of JSC "Ahangarancement" (Uzbekistan)

JSC "Ahangarancement" (part of Akkermann cement) started supplying cement to Kazakhstan in order to expand its sales geography and enter new markets.  

With the development of infrastructure, the Republic of Kazakhstan is experiencing an increase in demand for cement. Today, the main players in the neighboring market are local cement producers and international suppliers. Exporting cement to Kazakhstan requires a certain package of documents, including certificates of origin, customs declarations and quality certificates, as well as contract registration with a bank. 

"Communication between the process participants, optimization of logistics and staff training were arranged for efficient operation. As a result, the sales chain has been successfully established," says Maria Yegina, Head of Customer Service Department.
