Holcim bought majority stake in Peru’s Pacasmayo
Holcim announced a strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Cementos Pacasmayo, a leading cement and building materials producer in Peru.
It operates 3 cement plants with a capacity of 4.9 Mta, as well as 28 ready-mix and precast concrete plants. Pacasmayo projected net sales of US$ 630m in 2025 with an EBITDA margin of 28 %.
Accordingly, the acquisition will strengthen Holcim’s presence and position in Latin America.
