Kavkazcement (CEMROS) increased production volumes by almost 62 %

In July, Kavkazcement (CEMROS) produced more than 37.3 thousand tons of tarred cement in bags of 50 kg.

This result is due to a combination of several factors. First of all, this is the transition to domestic packaging equipment. In addition, the company has increased the productivity of the cement supply system from 30 to 150 tons per hour. And the kaizen projects of the lean manufacturing staff ensured the smooth operation of the lines and laid the foundation for further growth.

At the same time, the company emphasizes that the July result is not only related to technical changes. The construction season showed higher activity than expected at the beginning of the year. This, in turn, made it possible to maintain high demand for cement and increase production and shipment volumes.
