LafargeHolcim Russia test center presents new developments

Experts considered applications during the meeting, received for the inclusion of innovative products in the Register of innovative technologies and technical solutions of the Moscow territorial construction catalogue. The novelties were developed by the Test Center of LafargeHolcim Russia in cooperation with the buyer.

The aforementioned Register currently contains over 300 positions.

The Department of Urban Development Policy of the city of Moscow hosted the first meeting in 2021 of the Expert Commission on Innovative Technologies and Technical Solutions.

According to the head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Lyovkin, the meeting was attended by representatives of over ten organizations, including state ones.

Attendees reviewed the innovative products of LafargeHolcim Russia during the meeting. Compliance with the established regulatory requirements and high technical indicators was tested at the facility in the city of Kolomna, Moscow region. Assessment also included price competitiveness of the products.

“INTROMIX binder and dry mixes produced by LafargeHolcim are used to prepare the grouting solution for injection beyond the lining space during the construction of subway facilities, transport tunnels and other underground structures using mechanized tunnel boring complexes,” stated the head of the Department.

The commission decided to include the novelty in the Register of innovative technologies and technical solutions. Taking into account significant volumes of underground construction, including active development of the Moscow subway, location of production in the nearby Moscow contributes to fast and convenient logistics.
