Russia and Cuba are developing cooperation in the field of industrial education and the digitalization in construction

On the sidelines of the XVI All-Russian Conference "Russian Construction Complex", the solemn signing of the roadmap (work plan) of the Russian-Cuban Commission for Technical Regulation and Vocational Education for 2025-2026 took place.

The document was signed by the co—chairs of the Commission, Anton Glushkov, President of the National Association of Builders (NOSTROI), and Antonio Guerrero Rodriguez, President of the National Union of Architects and Builders of Cuba.

The updated document regulating the Commission's activities includes a list of activities for the exchange of experience in the process of training qualified specialists for the construction industry. The Russian side will prepare a program for the development of competencies in the field of construction production organization. The new roadmap includes items dedicated to the development of digitalization of the construction sector in Cuba.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue working, noting that the successful implementation of the plans will contribute to improving the quality of construction in Cuba, facilitate mutual recognition of qualifications and open up new opportunities for the use of Russian educational services and technologies in the Republic.
