Siberian Cement Reports Operating Results for January–September 2026

Siberian Cement Holding has reported its operating results for the first nine months of 2026. From January to September, the company’s five cement plants produced approximately 3.4 million tonnes of cement, down 12 % compared with the same period in 2025.

Over the nine-month period, Topkinsky Cement Plant produced 1.2 million tonnes, a 14 % decrease year-on-year. Iskitimcement reduced its output by 6 % to 877,200 tonnes, while Angarskcement recorded a 33% decline to 402,500 tonnes. Timlyuysky Cement Plant produced 313,100 tonnes, matching its output in the first nine months of 2025. Krasnoyarsk Cement reported a 2% increase in production to 518,100 tonnes.

The Volna plant produced 4.1 million square metres of chrysotile cement products, down 29 % year-on-year.

Siberian Concrete shipped 165,900 cubic metres of products to customers, a decrease of 16%. Mining Company produced 19,500 tonnes, down 60 %.

“From January to September 2026, cement demand in Siberia (including Buryatia and Zabaykalsky Krai, which were part of the Siberian Federal District until November 2018) decreased by 4.7 % compared with the same period in 2025, reaching 4.5 million tonnes. It should be noted that since June, the macro-region’s market has shown positive momentum, with its size beginning to grow after 24 consecutive months of decline. However, it is still too early to speak of a sustained recovery in demand. Given the high key interest rate set by the Central Bank of Russia and the slowdown in construction activity, we see no prerequisites for a significant increase in cement consumption in the short term,”  said Alexander Legotin, First Vice President of Siberian Cement Holding
