The Kaluga Region will cooperate with China in creating a construction materials cluster

The government of the Kaluga region and a company from China signed a memorandum of cooperation in Harbin to create a construction cluster, according to the region's governor Vladislav Shapsha.

"We had a business meeting at the forum in Harbin. We have discussed the project of the future cluster, as well as the development of enterprises for the production of clinker, polymer concrete, construction and metallurgical lime in the Kaluga region. We see great interest of Chinese partners" - added the head of the region.

Vladislav Shapsha instructed the regional government to engage in a detailed study of the project.
