TITAN Egypt and SolarizEgypt sign long-term PPA for solar power plant

TITAN Egypt and SolarizEgypt have signed a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the development of an 11.45 MW solar power plant at TITAN Egypt’s Beni Suef Cement Plant.

The agreement is aimed at expanding the use of renewable energy, accelerating decarbonization, and supporting Egypt’s transition towards a more sustainable future.

The project is being implemented as part of TITAN Egypt’s broader sustainability strategy. The investment is expected to increase the share of renewable electricity in the company’s operations and create long-term environmental and economic value.

TITAN Egypt said that, together with SolarizEgypt, it is taking another meaningful step towards building a more resilient, energy-efficient, and low-carbon future.
