The start-up ceremony of a new cement plant in Podgorensky.

On December 24, 2012 the start-up ceremony of a new cement plant of EUROCEMENT Group Holding Company in the township of Podgorensky, Voronezh region, was held. The dry process cement production facility is designed for manufacturing 3 Mt of cement per year. The total investment in the construction of the plant was RUB 17 billion. This article discusses technical features of the project and certain issues related to the production process at the plant.
