Fire-resistant materials and installation of refractory lining at the Novo-Spassky plant of OAO Spassk-Cement.

The issues of using refractory materials from Höganäs Bjuf AB (Sweden) and lining equipment from Bricking Solutions (USA) at the Novo-Spassky cement plant of OAO Spassk-Cement in 2011—2013 are discussed. The example of Production Line 1 shows that the use of high-quality refractory lining in conjunction with special equipment for lining makes it possible to significantly increase the service life of the lining. The modern lining equipment speeds up the process of lining, makes it safer and provides for a longer service life of refractory materials.
