The properties of cement stone with different dispersive capacities of cement and filler
The properties of cement pastes with different dispersive capacities of cement (200—600 m2/kg) and silica filler (100—900 m2/kg) were examined. It was found that after long curing in water (for 24 years) the cement stone with fine silica filler (500—900 m2/kg) has a high compressive strength, but loses flexural strength. High compressive and flexural strength are retained when a coarser filler is used (100 m2/kg). By this time up to 28 % calcite is formed in the cement paste.Author: O.V. Kononova, L.M. Dobshits |
