Approaches to the intelligent decision support and control system for a rotary cement clinker kiln

The principles for an advisor system based on generalized classical and fuzzy methods, using in addition the information obtained from the machine vision system, are described. With regard to the expert opinion, the most critical parts of the kiln were identified, where the algorithm of the advisor system could prove to be the most efficient.
