Design and operation of dry process cement plants in a cold climate

The experience gained by FLSmidth in projects in Russia and the CIS is discussed. The results of testing wet and sticky materials in severe frost are presented. Recommendations on the choice of equipment to work with such materials and operating dry process cement plants in a cold climate or with sticky materials are offered.
