Current state and development of river transportations of cement in the Russian Federation.

In article the current state of transportations of cement is analyzed by a river transport. The basic directions of carried out transportations in Volzhsko-Kamsky pool, advantages of river transportations of cement, and also lacks of their standard maintenance (regarding rationing of a natural decrease) are considered.
