Raising activity of cement after long time storage by adding electrolytes
It was established that the addition of 1% of the electrolytes with highly charged cations and anions (Fe2(SO4)3, Al2(SO4)3) helps to increase the activity of Portland cement stored for 23 months in an unheated room. In this case, the compressive strength of samples of cement stone, cement-sand mortar and concrete is increased by 30 - 50%.Author: G.I. Berdov, L.V. Ilyina |
