Inauguration of Tula-Cement Plant

On July 13 a ceremonial opening of a new HeidelbergCement (Germany) facility took place in Novogurovsky community, the Tula region, 150 km south of Moscow. The production capacity of Tula-Cement will be 2 Mt of cement per year. The article describes the process and the basic characteristics of the equipment.
