Architectural design of a preheater tower

The paper describes the work on the architectural design of the preheater tower at the cement plant of Lafarge Cement in Wössingen, Germany. It is emphasized that the project took into account the need to embody both the technical nature and purpose of the facility in its natural environment (landscape) and the immediate vicinity of the village.
