Commercial cement production with volcanic rocks

The article addresses the problem of energy efficiency through combining low-melting mixes of raw materials and commercial development of cement production with igneous rocks of Uzbekistan. The efficiency of the proposed method in terms of simpler technology and cement production process, lower burning zone temperature, accelerated clinker formation process, fuel economy, rotary kiln performance, increased production and lower cost of cement is demonstrated.
