Surfactants and/ or ECOFOR?

The article cites the results of works on the application of surfactants and ECOFOR apparatus for increasing the efficiency of cement mill operation. It is shown that, at a mill throughput below 50-60 tph, it makes sense to the ECOFOR device whose payback period is no more than three months. Thus, without having to introduce any surfactants, it is possible to achieve the same grinding efficiency as that with surfactants. When operating mills with a throughput more than 50-60 tph, it makes sense to use both surfactants ECOFOR together. The conclusions made by the article are confirmed by results of cement mill operation at plants in many countries.
