Strategy of industry development

The article analyses the status of the Russian construction materials industry and construction sector as a whole in 2009 and makes predictions for the period up to 2020. It is shown that the production capacities, with account taken of those to be commissioned by 2012, will greatly exceed the demand for cement. On the basis or data provided, suggestions are made for the sector development strategy.
