Construction of new cement plant in Novorossiysk

The article reports about the beginning of the project implementation of construction of a new cement plant operating based on the dry method in Novorossiysk - NCP Gorny with annual production capacity of 3.5 mln tons; and the construction decision feasibility, the industrial site description are given, and the major milestones of approvals passed are called.
