Formation of composition and structure of products hydrosilicate hardening in the presence of sulfomine¬ral additives.
The results of research on optimization of the composition of sulfomineral additives and their influence on the formation of composition, structure and basic physical and mechanical properties of autoclaved lightweight concrete were given. The possibility of the task-oriented impact on the hydrosilicate hardening process during the steam treatment was determined to ensure the chemical reinforcement of the hydrosilicate matrix by needle-like crystals of ettringite and ettringite-like phases, to increase degree of its crystallization, strength and durability.The research results are a prerequisite for energy-efficient heat-insulating blown-out concrete with the strength class of not less than B1.
