New cement plant in Slantsy.

On November 27 in the town of Slantsy (Leningrad region) a new cement plant belonging to LSR Group was launched, of 1.86 Mta capacity. A description of the process and the characteristics of equipment are given. Additional raw materials are waste rock and ash from the processing of oil shale. The investment amounted to EUR 445 million.
