Stability of dust removal from the air by inertia apparatus in aspiration networks of conveyor systems

The article analyzes the reasons for unsteady operation of installations of air purification by inertia dedusters in the conditions of changing flow parameters, segregation of particles, formation of agglomerations. New ways of equipment aspiration for non-explosive dust are suggested.
Under discussion are technical solutions that promote higher stability of the process of dust removal from the air. The operation of the industrial prototype is analysed, and an assessment of the efficiency of dust collection is made.
