A comparative study of the construction-engineering properties of Portland cements of the Ural region

The article cites the results of a study of the construction - engineering properties of Portland cements of the Ural region. It was established that, at manufacture of concrete and concrete mixes, they can be divided into two groups: 3-day cements that ensure over 30% of their grade design strength (1st group) and those ensuring less than 30% of their grade design strength (2nd group). Recommendations are provided on the use of cements of each group to perform specific civil engineering works.
