Cement industry in the Arab world

The article considers the development of cement industry in Arab countries in 2004–2007. It provides data on the dynamics of the cement and clinker production capacities, consumption, export and import of cement in the Arab world as a whole and in the three groups of countries that are part of it. The article also predicts that in the next few years the current trend of growing cement production capacities and output volumes will continue.
