Rybnitsky cement integrated works in new operating conditions

The article describes the operations of ZAO Rybnitsky Tsementny Kombinat (cement integrated works, RTK) since 2007 up to now. It emphasizes the influence of the managing company Metalloinvest on the growth of performance indicators by the plant, increase in cement output and in export of its products. In 2009 an anti-crisis program was developed, which is currently implemented.
