Optimising the grinding process by using a TSV separator

The high-efficiency third-generation TSV ™ separator from Fives FCB Company is widely used in the grinding technologies of cement, raw mix, solid fuel, as well as mineral raw materials, with more than 210 units supplied all over the world. Replacement of an old-generation separator with a hi-tech efficient new model leads to increased capacity, decreased power consumption, enhanced product quality and minimised capital investments. On May 24–27, 2009 the 3rd International Conference UkrCemFor organised by the Ukrainian Association of Cement Industry Enterprises and Organisations (Ukr-Cement) was held in Kiev. The conference attracted about 170 delegates. All the Ukrainian producers of cement took part in that event. The delegates also represented producers of equipment and materials for cement industry, design and research institutes, trading firms and other companies from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and 13 more countries. During the Conference journal Cement and its Applications suggested that several representatives of the Ukrainian cement industry should give it a miniinterview. Our questions were answered by:
