On revision of standards for special cements

The article cites the results of operations of Russian cement plants as shown by the tests of ordinary cement carried out in accordance with GOST 30744-2001. It is noted that most of the Russian cement plants have passed to the new test method. The article substantiates the necessity of developing standards for special types of cements in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation On Technical Regulation.
