Minimisation dust emission at belt conveyor handling points

The article describes and characterizes an electrostatic dust suppression installation used at points of unloading loose materials from belt conveyors, the installation using the method of ionization separations. The system is installed over the conveyor belt with an inclination near the trough. Tests of the system have shown a high dust separation factor.
