Priority: quality

The article describes the order of the development and introduction of a quality management system (QMS) at ZAO Nevyansky Cementnik. Working out a policy in the field of quality, setting up a Council for quality, developing a model of QMS processes for each process stage and determination of responsibilities on all level of the hierarchy made it possible to introduce a system of quality management on September 1, 2004 and in November 2004 to obtain a conformity certificate for the cement manufacture.
