Heat-exchange optimization in grate coolers of cement kilns.

The article shows the possibility of modifying the operating scheme of Volga-75CA coolers, enables achieving a 20-25°C reduction in the clinker temperature at the cooler outlet. The results modelling of the processes occurring in the cooler before and after  modification match the experimental data well.
