Grinding of limestone and quicklime on MPS vertical roller mills

Pfeiffer MPS vertical roller mills have been operating on a large scale for years in the lime industry for combined grinding and drying of limestone and quicklime. Throughput of these plants ranges from 5 t/h to 100 t/h with product fineness rates of less than 20 μm to less than 200 μm. In addition to the fine products, classifier grits with a fineness of up to 1 mm can be obtained.
