Modern X-ray analysis in cement industry

The article offers a theoretical justification of the application of X-ray analysis methods for materials in cement production. Scientifically substantiated is the use of Rietveld method for quantitative phase analysis. The article also describes the spectrometers and diffractometers produced by Bruker and their technical characteristics. The methodology, X-ray equipment and software described in the article make it possible to obtain highly accurate information on the composition and structure of a substance within a very short time.
