Frequency converters at ОАО Akhangaran-Cement.

Replacement of the cooler drives of rotary kilns at Akhangaran-Cement, with the installation of induction motors from German company KEB using frequency control is described. Constant-torque motors with frequency converters by the same company are installed in the rotary kilns. As a result, the costs of electricity, repair and maintenance of equipment were reduced, and the rotation speed of the kilns could be controlled.
