Serial wavelength dispersive XRF analysis.

This article describes the latest development of Bruker AXS - S8 TIGER ECO Cement spectrometer, designed to determine the elemental composition of materials in cement production by successive wavelength dispersive XRF analysis. The device meets the requirements of ASTM C 114, EN 196-2 and ISO 29581-2:2010. An example of the spectrometer operation is given. It is shown that it provides both high accuracy and reproducibility of the analysis.
