The activities of the FLSmidth Institute training the professionals for the cement industry according to custom-tailored programs that combine theoretical studies with hands-on training on-site and in an on-line mode are described. The topics of training sessions are given. Examples of training events for the employees of Russian dry method cement plants are discussed.
