Extension of the service life of striking elements of hammer crushers.
Methods to increase the service life of the striking elements of hammer crushers are described. The use of new wear-resistant hammers developed by the Zlatoust Metaplast foundry (ZLZ Metaplast) reduces the cost of operation of the crushing equipment. According to the results of the test of an experimental batch at a cement plant, the wear and tear of the hammers made using the new technology is reduced by 38% compared with the traditional hammers used in crushing equipment.Author: M.A. Porsev |
