On certification of cement in the Russian Federation: to work by uniform rules

The paper describes the current procedures related to the voluntary certification of cement. In the near future the certification of cement in the Russian Federation can become mandatory, confirmation of its compliance to the quality requirements of regulatory documents will be in the form of the declaration of conformity. The paper suggests measures that could lead to the improvement of its quality, as well as to the growth of consumer confidence in the quality of certified products.
