New X-ray analyzers of cement mixes and raw materials

The article describes the development of devices for improvement of the traditional laboratory and online X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF). The developed devices have improved characteristics, superior to the parameters of the previous generation equipment. The new domestically produced analyzers are comparable in effectiveness to the models of foreign manufacturers, while their cost is much lower.
