Heat recovery in cement plants with organic Rankine cycle

The article is devoted to the plants for waste heat recovery and power generation, which use organic Rankine cycle (Organic Rankine Cycle, ORC). The advantages of such solutions for use in the cement industry are described. Examples of successful projects of implementation of ORC plants in the manufacturing process of cement plants are given.
The prospects for further improvements in the technology are outlined.
