Energy conservation in clinker burning: some Indian experience

The article describes the approaches used to reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of energy resources for clinker burning in the production of cement. The Indian experience in addressing these issues is discussed. The problems of optimizing energy use can be solved with different means, such as the use of energy-saving equipment, process optimization through modern methods of mathematical modeling and the introduction of new power management techniques.
