New process line for preparation of solid alternative fuel

This article describes the project of IMSAT SA (part of the SNEF group of companies) for upgrading the process flow of storage and preparation for burning alternative fuels of solid wastes of various origins at the Lafarge Ciment Plant in Romania. The reconstruction will significantly increase the extent of substitution of the primary fuels. One of the most important components of the project is the construction of a bypass required for a high chloride content in the kiln - preheater system.
